An initial meeting is arranged to discuss requirements and expectations for the garden. Basic design solutions are established with a sketch concept plan. This is a 3 hour appointment and a fee is charged. The visit is completed with a report confirming the design brief and design fees.
full survey
Accurate measurements are taken to establish the positions of all the existing elements and ground levels in the garden. This forms the basis for all further design work.
outline plan
Detailed plans are drawn up in accordance with the design brief. They will include an isometric projection or perspectives and visuals to illustrate the main features. Detailed specification drawings are prepared for construction and quotation purposes.
planting plans
Detailed planting plans indicate the precise positions of the plants and include maintenance notes and a colour photo montage of the plants as specified.
project management
To monitor the level of workmanship, oversee the setting out of the plants and to ensure satisfactory completion of the project, site visits are undertaken, based on an hourly rate.

Undertaken for architects and developers. Landscaping plans are prepared for planning conditions. They include full soft landscaping specifications in accordance with local authority requirements.
